Where can I find out more about satellite internet in Leyte?

I’m looking for a satellite internet service in Leyte. I’ll be living in a rural area of Southern Leyte that doesn’t even have a dial-up internet service. I know that their is satellite internet but I can’t seem to find any contact information anywhere.
